Introduction

Welcome to MixVoice. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Service Description

MixVoice provides AI-powered media generation services, including text-to-speech (TTS), voice cloning, AI video generation, AI music and image generation. We offer both free and premium plans with different features and limitations.

Underlying AI Model Disclosure

Our media generation features are powered by the following mainstream, publicly known AI models:

• Voice cloning & text-to-speech: IndexTTS (open-source voice cloning), VoxCPM (OpenBMB), dots.tts (open-source TTS), and Qwen-based multilingual speech models
• Video generation: ByteDance Seedance (Doubao), Vidu (ShengShu Technology), Kling (Kuaishou), Wan Tongyi (Alibaba), and MiniMax Hailuo
• Music generation: Suno
• Image generation: ByteDance Seedream and Google Gemini

The specific models available may change as the product evolves, but we commit to using only mainstream, publicly verifiable models and never undisclosed or unidentifiable ones.

Billing & Refund Policy

Free services: Free plans and complimentary credits involve no payment and are not eligible for refunds — no funds were charged for free allowances, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions and credit packs:

• Within 7 calendar days of purchase, and if no more than 10% of the plan's total allowance has been consumed, you may request a full refund;
• After 7 calendar days, or if more than 10% of the allowance has been consumed, the consumed portion is non-refundable; you may contact us to negotiate a proportional partial refund for the unused remainder;
• Credits already spent on generated content (voice, video, music, images) are non-refundable, because the underlying model generation costs have already been incurred;
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds.

Refund process: Email support@aiclonevoicefree.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Auto-renewal: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, the current paid period remains active until it expires; the fee for the current period is non-refundable and no further charges will be made.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our service to generate, upload, or distribute any content in the following categories:

1. Sexual & NSFW content: adult, obscene, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material, including erotic audio, or nudity/sexual content in audio or video;
2. Violence & gore: content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, torture, gore, self-harm, or harm to others;
3. Hate speech & harassment: hateful, discriminatory, bullying, or harassing content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, or any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors — we apply a zero-tolerance policy and will report such content to the authorities as required by law;
5. Deepfakes & impersonation: cloning or imitating another person's voice or likeness without authorization, creating convincing fabrications of real people, or impersonation intended to defraud, deceive, or manipulate;
6. Intellectual property infringement: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, likeness rights, voice rights, or other intellectual property, including unauthorized use of protected audio/video material or others' works.

In addition, you must not use the service for any illegal purpose, spam or unauthorized advertising, or any activity that could damage or impair our service.

Enforcement Actions

For violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on severity:

• Removal of the violating content;
• Restriction or suspension of the relevant features;
• Suspension or permanent termination of the account;
• Reporting of suspected illegal content (especially child-unsafe content) to law enforcement or the competent authorities, and cooperation with investigations.

Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

Reporting Channel

If you find that any user is using our service to generate or distribute prohibited content, please report it through:

• Report email: support@aiclonevoicefree.com (please include "Content Report" in the subject line)

We commit to investigating and responding to reports within 3 business days.

Content Moderation

We moderate generated content on the platform through the following mechanisms:

• Automated screening: generation requests pass through automated content-safety filters at submission and output stages to detect and block clearly violating content;
• Human review: content flagged by automated systems and content reported by users is reviewed manually;
• Ongoing audits: public content and anomalous usage patterns on the platform are audited on a regular basis.

We may retain generation records as needed for moderation purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original voice recordings and uploaded materials. For the generated outputs:

• Free users may use outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Paid users receive commercial usage rights as specified in the plan

You must obtain proper authorization from the rights holder before cloning a voice that is not your own or using others' materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to creating inappropriate content or misusing the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established.
